Another Party Down South star may be facing some big legal troubles following an arrest for a DUI.

Murray Admits Lil' Bit Was Replaced In Season 3

Josh Murray, one of the break-out stars from the hit CMT show, was arrested in Rankin County, Mississippi early Nov. 15 after flunking a field sobriety test, and was put in jail on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license.

This is Murray's second arrest on similar charges, meaning he could potentially face jail time and could see his license suspended for two years.

It is unclear if the arrest will affect his ability to continue appearing on the show, though he will definitely still be featured on both the show's Christmas episode scheduled for next month, as well as season three next year, as both were pre-taped.

His arrest came just two days after he spoofed Kim Kardashian's Paper Magazine "Break the Internet" photo shoot, where he recreated two of her infamous poses and shared them with his fans on Instagram.

In the first photo, he taped a black garbage bag around his body, then placed a paper cup on his back side and posed with a can of Natural ice beer in his hands.

"Kim Kardashian ain't got jack s-t on me baby!" he captioned the shot.

A second, shot, which can be seen here, recreates the image that shows Kardashian's backside, which he captioned "BREAK THE INTERNET NOW B-CH!"

Murray is also not the only member of the show's cast to have some legal troubles since the show premiered its first season earlier this year. Lyle Boudreaux was arrested during Mardi Gras this year after stealing a credit card while drunk, and Mattie Breaux was also busted for a DUI earlier this year. Ryan 'Daddy' Richards was also accused of raping a woman while the cast filmed their second season in Athens, Ga., though the charges were quickly dropped.

Party Down South season 3 is scheduled to premiere in February 2015.
