On set in Vancouver, actors like Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow), Elizabeth Lail (Anna) and Scott Michael Foster (Kristoff) talked to TVGuide.com about introducing Frozen in the new season and how it has been so far.

"I think that Frozen is a perfect fit for us. Everything was inspired by the animated feature, but is not a direct representation of it," Goodwin said.

Meanwhile, Lail admitted that taking on the role of Anna was like playing a "historical character," in that she has to mimic all of the character's mannerisms. After all, there are millions of Frozen fans watching, so she has to stay somewhat true to how they fell in love with the character.

The actress also admitted that she probably "won't wear braids for a very long time after this," referring to Anna's trademark hairstyle.

Foster revealed that working with Jack, the reindeer, has been exciting but quipped that he is a real "diva" sometimes. He continued to joke that the reindeer, who plays Sven, is the "new young hot thing."

Costume designer Eduardo Castro admitted that introducing Frozen has been the hardest thing they've ever done on Once Upon a Time, adding that there were challenges due to Elsa's (Georgina Haig) blue dress having to be designed without an actress having been cast yet.

Once Upon a Time is now winding down with their Frozen arc. It remains to be seen if any of the characters will carry over into the second half of the season.

Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
