Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have planned a party for their home in the south of France.

The event is said to be a party to celebrate Pitt's parents' 50th wedding anniversary, but according to several reports the bash is a secret wedding ceremony for him and Jolie.

"Brad flew in to oversee preparations but they're all here now," a source told The Sun exclusively. "They say it's for Jane and Bill, but some think this could be it. Even Angelina's private jeweler is here."

"There's a real buzz around the estate."

The Sun reports that several guests have already arrived at the Hollywood "It" couple's Chateau Miraval home - Brad's parents and Jolie's jeweler Robert Procop. Procop made Angelina's engagement ring.

The guest list is rumored to include no more than 20 people and includes George Clooney.

"George and Brad are best pals, there's no way he'd miss it.," the source added.

Clooney, 51, could fly to Marseille in an hour from his home in Italy, added the report.

According to Daily Mail, civil ceremonies are only allowed at the town hall in France so the couple would have to marry in a private chapel on the grounds of their home.

"We don't know anything about it," said Patrick Mareschi, deputy culture secretary of the nearby village of Correns, according to Reuters.

"Under French law couples have to get married at the town hall. Unlike with a religious wedding, there's no way a couple can hold a civil ceremony at their own home," he added.

A building has been under construction outside the home for several months, prompting speculation that it may be a reception hall.

This would be Jolie's third marriage. She has been married twice before, to British actor Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton.

Pitt was married to actress Jennifer Aniston for five years and ended after he met Jolie on the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

Pitt and Jolie have six children: Maddox, 10, Pax, 7, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5 and twins Knox and Vivienne, 3.
