Musically, the songs on the platinum edition re-release have been heard before. The same 14 songs from the original album are included, as well as five new songs. Two of the remixes -- "Flawless Remix" featuring Nicki Minaj and "Drunk In Love" featuring Kanye and HOV- have made their rounds in radio spins. Still, the "Blow Remix" featuring Pharrell Williams and "Standing in the Sun Remix" featuring Mr. Vegas are completely new.

"Ring Off," the song dedicated to Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, is also on the album. Though it leaked the week before the release, the message of the song is so sweet, the Beyhive will definitely be happy to support Mama Tina's new anthem. Plus, it does not hurt that she has a new man (actor Richard Lawson) to wipe away the hurt and embarrassment Mathew Knowles caused their family.
