Lining up to secure their place in the finals, USA and Argentina will go head-to-head in the men's basketball semifinals on Aug. 10.

Team USA won all six matches they were in at the London Games. During their preliminary game with Argentina, in which they won 126-97, Argentinean player Facundo Campazzo punched USA player Carmelo Anthony in the groin, making his fall on the floor in pain, according to Yahoo! Sports. Fellow USA players took to yelling and cursing at the Argentinean's who, including Campazzo, made no apology.

The final on Thursday promises to be an intense game, with both teams pushing hard and making no apologies in their efforts to win gold.

Argentina won four of their London matches, falling short only to USA and France.  Their team captain, Luis Scola, performed 19 points per game - more than any other player on the basketball team. Scola was the leading scorer at the 2010 World Championships and had a hand in the Argentina's gold medal basketball victory in the 2004 Games and the bronze medal win in the Beijing Olympics, according to NBC.

Team USA player Tyson Chandler will be the tallest player at the final games on Thursday, towering in at 7'1." Part of the New York Knicks with Anthony, Chandler was named NBA's Defensive Player of the Year for the 2011-12. Fellow TEAM USA players include LeBron James from the Miami Heat and Kobe Bryant from the Los Angeles Lakers.
