After anticipating when the contestants of RuPaul Season 7 would be announced, an official date has finally been released.

'SNL' Actor Says He Wants To Be On 'RuPaul,' 'That Would Just Be The Best'

On Saturday, Dragaholic mentioned that the queens who will be competing in the competition this upcoming season will be announced on Sunday, December 7 at 9 p.m. ET on Logo TV right after the NewNowNext Awards.

This leaves plenty of speculation on who might be joining the series with endless possibilities.

Michelle Visage, who's been a judge on the series for years, told Chron that this competition will definitely be a big one to watch out for.

"I think things are very different this season, which is good in my book," she said. "I think people are going to be excited about the way things are done this season. Really, really exciting stuff coming up. I'm not saying anything else except for that."

Visage then pointed out that queens tend to be intimidated by her, but that's the way it should be.

"That is my job, and I take it really seriously," she said. "And I take the art of drag race really seriously. I amplify it to scare these b----es. But they should be intimidated because I'm about to rip every single thing apart that they're doing, whether it's good or bad."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 7 is expected to return this January on Logo TV.
