Austin Mahone and Camila Cabello are "not together anymore."

During an interview with Ryan Seacrest for his KIIS FM radio show, Cabello, who is one of the members of the popular girl group Fifth Harmony, confirmed she and Mahone are no longer in a relationship.

"We're actually not together anymore," 17-year-old Cabello told Seacrest on Monday, according to an Us Weekly report. Then, when asked why they split, Cabello stayed mum, telling the host, "Hey, things happen."

Mahone and Cabello began dating over the summer after meeting nearly a year and a half prior. Throughout their brief relationship, the couple, who toured together months ago, were extremely open about their relationship. Although they didn't immediately confirm the romance, they gushed about one another publicly once they did.

Most recently, Mahone spoke of Cabello during an interview with Teen Vogue for their December/January issue. According to a Hollywire report, Mahone told the magazine, "She’s an amazing girl, and we have the best time together. I wasn’t looking for a relationship, but we became really good friends when we were on tour.”

Speaking to Hollywood Life earlier this month, Cabello revealed what she liked most about Mahone. "He's just a really, really good guy and he treats me really, really well. And he just makes me feel nice."

In a second report, via E! News, Cabello said she and Mahone split "recently," and joked that she needed "some mistletoe action."

Mahone has yet to comment on the split.
