E! Online reported on Saturday that Sadoski opened up at the premiere of his new movie Wild (out in theaters Dec. 5) that he's having a hard time saying goodbye to his costars from The Newsroom.

Sadoski asked during his red carpet interview with E! Online, "How do you say goodbye to Sam Waterston?" who is one of his costars on the HBO drama.

He added, "You know what I mean? You hug him and you say, 'Thank you,' and you move on."

Sadoski said him and the rest of the cast are proud of themselves though despite the show getting canceled. "You can't even put into words what those guys meant to me. It's sad. It's sad. We're proud of the way we went out and we're proud of what we've accomplished."

He also divulged that this final season is "big." He teased, "Some pretty impressive things happen this season, some pretty heartbreaking stuff, some pretty beautiful stuff."
