Jill Duggar Pregnancy: Reality Star Spends Thanksgiving With The Dillard Family [PHOTO]
It seems as though Jill Duggar might have broken family tradition this year as the reality star supposedly spent Thanksgiving with her mother-in-law rather than with the Duggar family. The heavily pregnant 19 Kids & Counting star shared a new photo of her enjoying a post-Thanksgiving moment with her husband Derick Dillard, his brother and their mother Cathy Dillard.

In the photo, which Duggar shared on her Instagram account on Thursday with her fans, everyone looks relaxed while smiling for the pic. She captioned the photo with, "So many blessings to count this Thanksgiving...Mama Cathy is well, best hubby in the world, expecting a son, God's mercies are new every morning! #happythanksgiving."
Just recently, Duggar's own mother Michelle Duggar gushed about the couple's "perfect" marriage.

According to Us Weekly last Monday, the Duggar family matriarch says that so far everything is going as planned and that Jill right now is concentrating on her pregnancy before she becomes a mother for the first time next spring.
She told the site, "They have their schedule already - they get up and off to work of Jill works on her studies. Sometimes she'll pop by our place since it's awfully quiet at her house. She's so used to studying with noise. Jill is preparing to be a midwife."
Jill and Dillard have been married since June.
