So far, Frankel herself hasn't made any public comments about the lawsuit, but the site does add that the documents include "confidential formulas for SkinnyGirl, marketing and business strategy that could injure Ms. Frankel is disclosed."

The Real Housewives of New York star is also being sued by a woman who is claiming that her margaritas are not "all natural" as they reportedly contain the preservative sodium benzoate.

Just last month, it was reported that Frankel's SkinnyGirl business might indeed be in trouble.

Rumor has it that Frankel's SkinnyGirl cocktail line is on the verge of collapsing. What's more, her debut children's book Cookie Meets Peanut, has seen very little interest from the public as well.

According to Star Magazine's print edition back in September, Frankel "rushed into building her brand too quickly and now none of it's working - she claims she's in control, but she needs help."

So far, Frankel herself has not made any comments about the financial stability of the line.
