Only a month after Anderson Cooper announced he was gay, photographs have now surfaced of his live-in boyfriend Ben Maisani embracing and kissing another man.

Daily Mail ran exclusive photos of Cooper's French boyfriend sitting in the park with an unidentified man and holding hands with him as they lean in for a French kiss. The cheating scandal occurs a month after reports revealed that the pair plan to wed next month on Labor Day.

Maisani, 39 is a club owner in New York City. Cooper, 45, hosts "Anderson 360" on CNN and his own daytime talk show. The silver-haired news reporter came out publicly about his sexual orientation in an open letter to Daily Beast that was published on July 2.

"The fact is, I'm gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn't be more happy," he wrote.

The letter did not address Cooper's relationship status but he did address the topic of love in detail. 

"I love, and I am loved. In my opinion, the ability to love another person is one of God's greatest gifts, and I thank God every day for enabling me to give and share love with the people in my life," he wrote.  "I still consider myself a reserved person and I hope this doesn't mean an end to a small amount of personal space. But I do think visibility is important, more important than preserving my reporter's shield of privacy."

Maisani lives with Cooper in his converted fire station townhouse. The couple has been spotted out together as far back as 2008. They were reportedly house hunting in 2009, according to Zimbio.

The National Enquirer reported that the couple were encouraged to marry by Anderson's mother, fashion designer Gloria Vanderbilt.
