Rapper and actor Bow Wow has implied that his fiancée Love & Hip Hop New York star Erica Mena has tattooed his name on her body; and several fans were not happy about it.

Bow Wow (whose real name is Shad Moss) shared a snapshot of himself and his future wife via Facebook Saturday. In the picture she is cuddled up to him as they both look at something across the room.

While Bow Wow and Mena are not shy when it comes to sharing pictures of one another, it was the status he wrote along with it that seemed to grab his fans' attention.

"Love this woman so much! You know its real when the ink dry. Tatted my name so i know its real! Saturday w/ the misses!"

Some followers pointed out that Mena also inked her ex-boyfriend and co-star Rich Dollaz name on her body.

"She had rich dollars name to dont mean its real. Does not mean ur mr right just mr right now"

"Ummm didn't her and rich get tattoos?"

Another added, "Not hating on them love them both..just not a good look for him:

A third fan chimed in and commented that Mena's decision to tattoo Bow Wow's name does not make their relationship any more official than it was before.

"Idk why people still think getting someone's name tatted justifies their love...You can have someone name tatted and still do them wrong lbs".

Another asked who Bow Wow was trying to convince when it came to proving he and Mena are in love.

"Us or yourselves?"

But it wasn't all bad for the couple. Some fans offered up their well wishes for the rapper and reality star.

"Be happy...dont nobody else matter but you," one wrote while another added, "Praying for y'all to have endless love".

Another fan commented, "God bless your union."
