Actress Jennifer Aniston is officially engaged.

Justin Theroux proposed to the 43-year-old on his 41st birthday on Friday.

"Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage," his publicist told PEOPLE exclusively.

The 41-year-old has been dating the "Friends" star for over a year. They co-starred in the film "Wanderlust."

Aniston  is currently filming "We're the Millers" with Jason Sudeikis and Emma Roberts. She plays a prostitute hired by a drug dealer to play his wife in a fake family.

Roberts recently tweeted her excitement about working with Aniston:

"SO happy to be a part of We're The Millers!! Dream come true to work with Jennifer Aniston!"

This will be the second time Aniston will walk down the aisle: she was married for five years to "Moneyball"" star Brad Pitt. Their marriage ended in divorce not long after he met Angelina Jolie, his co-star on the set of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

Brad Pitt and Angelina are now engaged with six children and were rumored to get married this weekend.

The Hollywood "It" couple, nicknamed "Brangelina," had planned a party for their home in the south of France. The event was said to celebrate Pitt's parents' 50th wedding anniversary, but according to several reports the bash was a secret wedding ceremony for him and Jolie.
