In a recent tweet, Kevin Spacey jokingly hinted at similarities between Simon Cowell and Frank Underwood from House of Cards.

Season 3 Of House of Cards To Focus On Foreign Affairs? 

".@SimonCowell Why... did you miss me? Recognize any certain qualities? -F.U. @HouseofCards @DanaBrunetti," Spacey tweeted on December 2.

While it is unclear as to what motivated the tweet, it seems like Spacey is comparing Cowell to Underwood, perhaps in that both are pretty cut and right, adn straightforward and don't like beating around the bush. The comparison is quite hilarious, all the same.

Doug Stamper To Return In Season 3 Of House of Cards? 

A teaser announcing the release date of the third season was recently revealed. On December 1, the special declaration was made via the political drama's official Twitter account, with a 12 second clip, showing Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) boarding the Air Force One. The view of Frank, accompanied by his wife Claire (Robin Wright) taking the stairs to the entrance is seen from inside the plane, through window frames. The return date of February 27, 2015 appears in red at the end of the clip.

The third season of House of Cards is currently filming in Maryland, where the first and second seasons were also shot. Initially, the continuation of filming of the third season of the Netflix series was fraught with troubles over the past few weeks as the producers weren't getting permission from the State of Maryland. But the issue was finally resolved on April 25.
