Blue Bloods is about to return for a new episode, which will involve taking down an assassin whose targets include wealthy Jewish men in New York City.

On Friday, Carter Matt posted the synopsis of the episode that will air this Friday night. Apparently, some complications are going to revolve around this case as Linda tries to think of ways to keep herself safe. Not to mention, Frank will have some issues of his own.

Danny and Baez will investigate the murders of three community leaders who appear to be connected to hate crimes taking place. Frank will then meet with groups to make sure that this situation is taken in a serious manner.

Meanwhile, Linda wants to carry a gun after she gets mugged. And it appears that she might end up doing it even if Danny disapproves.

This strikes up some curiosity on exactly how much drama this will entail since carrying a gun could be one of the biggest steps for Linda to take.

A new promo was released for the upcoming episode that will bring up some more intensity. There are questions on why Jewish men are the new bad guy's targets and what will be found from there. It also looks like there are going to be some big surprises during a court session.
