She won't be returning for season four of Amish Mafia, but Esther Schmucker won't be disappearing from the spotlight completely.

The former reality star posted on her Facebook page Dec. 2 to inform fans that she would soon be working on a Youtube tutorial page where she would teach fans some of her traditional Amish recipies-her first confirmed plans since she officially announced she wouldn't come back to the show back in September.

'I have been listening to a lot of my fans, and a lot of you have been requesting that I make YouTube cooking tutorial. So I am looking for the right resources to help me and I will start with one of my basic recipes, and once its completed I will post the link on my page. So keep watching," she wrote.

Schmucker confirmed she wouldn't be back for the Discovery Channel show's fourth season earlier in the Fall, first by posting photos of her daughter (who was never featured or mentioned on the show), and then later showing off her permanent English look.

She even posted a photo in October showing her new look in some skinny jeans and a white lacey top, where one person commented that she was fake, prompting a harsh response from Schmucker about her no longer being involved with the show.

"So much for being Amish. She's all about the show and money...such a shame," the commenter wrote on her post at the time.

"Brittany Renee Hamby don't talk about things you don't know," Schmucker replied afterwards. "I will NOT be participating with that show, the production company or anything even closely related to it."
