It looks as though George Clooney's fans aren't convinced that his new bride Amal Clooney isn't expecting a bun in the oven. The couple's rep recently denied rumors that they are expecting their first child together, despite photos of Amal looking like she has quite the baby bump underneath her jacket.

According to TMZ on Monday, the couple was spotted dining in West Hollywood this past weekend with friends, where rumors began swirling that Amal was pregnant. Even though their rep has confirmed that Amal is not pregnant, it still hasn't stopped fans from speculating about the mysterious bump Amal was supposedly carrying.

Some comments from fans included, "If she's not pregnant, then that must be a huge basketball she's carrying under there," along with, "She has a bump so big how can you miss it?"

Meanwhile, there have also been reports that suggest the couple is thinking about adoption as well.

According to Closer Magazine last Monday, rumor has it that George and Amal are thinking about adopting a child.

A source tells the magazine that the couple plan to use the adoption "to highlight the plight of orphans in countries like Syria."

What's more, George himself has been wanting to become a father for quite some time now, as he's been spending a lot of time with his Hollywood friends Matt Damon and Brad Pitt.

The insider added that George "is ready to start a family" and "would love to similarly experience the joy of welcoming a new addition to the family."
