'Teen Mom 2' Star Adam Lind's Visitation In Jeopardy Following Arrest?

Over a week after he was accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend, Brooke Beaton, the Teen Mom 2 star addressed the stalking charges brought against him. According to a new report, Lind was "certain" the charges would be dropped, but instead, the case is moving forward.

“He is next scheduled to attend a hearing on February 4 at 1:30 pm,” a spokeswoman from South Dakota's Minnehaha County Court told Radar Online on Tuesday, revealing the reality star pled "not guilty" to the charges.

Following his arrest last Sunday, Lind spent 24 hours behind bars at the Minnehaha County Jail. In addition to being charged with domestic stalking, Lind was served with a temporary restraining order, which prevented Lind from contacting Beaton or her children.

“Adam has been violent often in the past few months,” Beaton wrote in court documents obtained by Radar Online. “I am very scared for my safety.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska is reportedly “very concerned” about the recent allegations against Lind. “She no longer feels she can allow Aubree to be alone with Adam,” a source claimed.

The spokeswoman said if Lind does not accept a plea deal, the case will go to jury on February 11.

Lind will also appear in court on December 15, where he will address Beaton's restraining order against him.
