Fans might have noticed that Kyle, who Todd has said struggles with bipolar disorder, was not a part of this season as he and Todd unveiled their issues with one another in various interviews recently.

In light of their back-and-forth, Todd said that Kyle will not be coming back to the series because he needs more stability.

"This is my son who I love dearly. I don't want his personal business scattered across the world when he's got a daughter that we're raising that is going to have to read this years down the road."

Kyle also said he has no desire to return.

"I never even liked being on the show. I was uncomfortable. You can just tell looking at me the first season...Everything about it is fake."

Kyle and his wife Alexus have slammed Todd in the media claiming that he is a snake and homosexual. Todd responded to their comments and said he feels his hands are tied as he has to be extra careful on how to react.

"It's just so hurtful for your own child to say the kind of things that Kyle has said."

He added that Kyle not taking his medicine is a huge factor that plays a part in his actions.

While Kyle is 22-years-old, Todd has guardianship over him because of his condition. Alexus said that if a judge orders Kyle to stay under a guardian, she will take on that role.

"If there must be somebody to step up, I would gladly take that position."
