Parks and Nida's breakup comes after his legal drama that landed him in jail. He pleaded guilty to playing a part in a major fraud scam that laundered millions of dollars.

Now he has done an interview in the newest issue of In Touch Weekly and said he is making sure he gets some sort of compensation for his marriage to the reality star.

"I will not walk away empty-handed, considering all I've put into the marriage over the five years. That is completely fair, I think. It wouldn't be right for her to just take everything and leave me with nothing to come home to."

Nida, who is currently serving time at Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Ky., is also livid that Parks is keeping their two sons, four-year-old Ayden and Dylan, 19 months, from visiting him in jail.

"I can't see why she would continue to hurt me by not allowing me to see my boys. This isn't right. If I don't see my children for eight years, that would be some bulls---, and I would fight for that right! Who in their right mind would allow children to be away from their father for eight years, regardless of where the father is at in the world?"

Viewers of The Real Housewives of Atlanta saw Parks and Nida get into an argument after she failed to show up for his sentence hearing. It was then that he told Parks, "I do not want to be in this relationship." Check it out.
