Instagram superstar Jen Selter added a new photo to her page that shows off her shapely torso as well as what she likes to do best.

The picture that was posted on Thursday shows Selter at the gym taking a mirror selfie with her phone. She wears a black top with grey pants that expose her muscular legs, curvaceous behind and washboard abs.

She captioned the image by saying how working out makes her feel better along with what she planned to do later that day:

Selter became a popular celebrity when she started posting snapshots of herself at the gym to help motivate people to keep up with staying fit and healthy. As this gained her more popularity, her body developed especially in her backside.

In a previous Instagram photo, the model wears a green top with grey pants that press tight against her skin. She holds her arms out and kicks a leg up behind her, doing one of her most famous poses. She captioned this picture, "Seltering while the sun goes down :) #MondayMotivation."

While Selter is known for her workout pictures, she also posts a number of bikini shots that show off more of her skin. One shot of her shows her in Miami as she dons a green swimsuit with a major focus on her strong stomach.
