The final four teams are still racing through the Philippines on The Amazing Race in the hopes of being among the ones who make it to the final leg-but one team could come up short of the $1 million prize with just days left.

One Team 'Changed Forever' By What They See In Manila

The weather in the Philippines is warm, something the teams all note in a preview clip for the Friday, Dec. 12 episode. Hooping It Up, but the heat could become too unbearable to Food Scientist Amy-who appears ready to pass out as she and Maya try to complete their tasks.

"Amy what's wrong? Just breathe!" Maya is heard saying to her teammate in the clip.

And though they may make it to the pit stop, it could be the point where Amy is finished, as show host Phil Keoghan is heard shouting to get her some help.

"Can we get some water?" he says.

Heat exhaustion may be the culprit when it comes to what causes her condition, but in general, it may be just too far for her.

"The Amazing Race is heating up and the final four teams will have to run, shoot, ride, and push harder than ever. But one team may just push too far," a voiceover says in the clip.

Amy and Maya are racing against three other teams as they try to make it to the last leg back in the States-and get themselves one step closer to the $1 million. Their remaining competitors are Married Dentists Misti and Jim, Married Surfers Bethany and Adam, and Professional Wrestlers Brooke and Robbie.

The Amazing Race airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
