It's no secret that the cast mates on the hit reality show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have a lot of drama in their daily lives, and it looks like things for one wife may be getting a little messier.

Kim Richards has made headlines after reports alleged that her long time family friend Kay Rozario is suing her after her pit bull bit the 80-year-old woman.

On Friday, Radar Online confirmed that the reports are in fact true, and it looks like the producers on the show may be in some trouble too.

According to documents obtained by the website, the victim has added some producers to the suit over claims that they tried to cover up the attack.

During an interview, Rozario's attorney Bill Zuhdi told the site, "We have fined the suit against Kim Richards today in California Federal Court. We have also added Evolution Film & Tape, Inc. to the suit, which produce the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills show on Bravo."

Rozario is asking for "medical treatment costs, and other treatment costs previously incurred by Kay Rozario, General damages for pain, suffering, physical disfigurement and other intangible losses sustained by Kay Rozario."

This isn't the first time Richards' dog has attacked.

Allegedly, the pit bull attacked Richards's niece, Kyle Richards' daughter, leaving her hospitalized overnight and the dog has also attacked its trainer.

Reps for Kim and the producers have yet to comment on these allegations.
