Fans of ABC's Once Upon a Time who also love Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) shouldn't worry in the upcoming second half of season 4.

While Emma is left feeling a bit lonely after Elsa (Georgina Haig) went back to Arendelle with Anna (Elizabeth Lail) in Sunday's winter finale, Hook will be there to comfort her.

"She probably feels a little bit of a loss only because Elsa and Emma did get close, but then she also has a boyfriend to kind of take a little bit of that away," O'Donoghue told Zap2It recently.

He added that given the craziness of Storybrooke, something big will come along again to distract Emma and the gang, so she probably won't feel too bad for long. She will always have Hook.

"I think what it is is the connection that Hook and Emma have. Nobody's really had the same thing because both have experienced similar things in their past and sort of been abandoned as kids," O'Donoghue observed. "Both of them are thieves. Emma's done the wrong thing at the wrong time as well for whatever reasons she's felt were necessary. They kind of see that in each other."

He added that moving forward into the second half of the season, Hook may be reuniting with his ship, the Jolly Roger, again, while some drama with Emma is likely to occur.

"I'm interested to see how Hook and Emma will develop, what sort of bumps there will be and what kind of problems they might encounter or how they will deal with that and get over it," he said.

Once Upon a Time returns for the second half of season 4 on Sunday, March 1 on ABC.
