Jennifer Aniston says she is well aware of all the "pressure" she gets from the media to finally get pregnant and settle down with a family. The Hollywood actress opens up about all of the baby bump speculation in the latest issue of Allure Magazine this month.

Is Jennifer Aniston Jealous Of Her Brother's Pregnancy News?

The 45-year-old actress, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, says she's felt hurt by all the "career before children" comments she's received by the media.

According to The Daily Mail on Monday, she said, "I don't like the pressure that people put on me, on women, that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated."

She added, "I don't think it's far. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn't mean that you aren't mothering - dogs, friends, family, children."

What's more, Aniston says that speculation that she's put her Hollywood career over motherhood has been incredibly hurtful for the star.

Aniston added, "Oh, God, so many painful things. The accusation that I've put my career before the want, the desire to be a mother. This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don't want to be a mother, and how selfish that is. I have a lot of friends who decided not to have children, who can't have children, or are trying but are having a difficult time. There's all sorts of reasons why children aren't in people's lives, and no one has the right to assume."

Aniston also called the speculation "rude, insulting and ignorant."

The site also notes that Aniston herself didn't specify on whether or not she still wants children. The actress has been engaged to Theroux since August 2012.
