On Tuesday, Beaton's order against the Teen Mom 2 star was dismissed. Hours later, South Dakota’s Lake County Court's spokeswoman confirmed the news.

“It was dismissed based on the request of the petitioner,” the spokeswoman explained to Radar Online. Also speaking to the site, a friend, reportedly close to Beaton, claimed she no longer feels threatened by her former boyfriend. “She dropped it because he left her alone,” the friend said. “He respected her wishes and as long as he continues to do that, they won’t have a problem.”

At the end of last month, following a messy split, Beaton and Lind reportedly got into a phsyical altercation. During the altercation, as alleged by Beaton, Lind grabbed the back of her neck and pushed her to the side.

In her restraining order request, which was made after Lind's Nov. 30 arrest, Beaton claimed she feared Lind because of his short temper.

"Adam has been violent often in the past few months,” Beaton claimed. “Adam has threatened to kill my family and is also contacting my family on Facebook and also via phone/text. There were multiple times he threatened me. I am very scared for my safety and for my children’s [safety].”

Adam Lind, and the rest of the Teen Mom 2 cast, including his ex-girlfriend, Chelsea Houska, Jenelle Evans, Leah Calvert and Kailyn Lowry, have reportedly began filming the show's upcoming sixth season.
