Diaz was joined at the capital's Corinthia Hotel by director Will Gluck and cast-mates Jamie Foxx and Quvenzhane Wallis - who takes the titular lead.

She was working it in a fitted black dress and smart white shirt, a look she teamed with the black tights and matching leather ankle boots.

Earlier that day Diaz wore a different outfit, opting to display her toned legs in a loose fitting black and grey minidress for an appearance at BBC Radio 2 studios.

With a gold neck chain and simple black leather handbag proving to be the only accessories on show, Diaz made her way inside with co-star Foxx.

Diaz plays strict Miss Hannigan in the new screen adaptation, while Foxx plays William 'Will' Stacks, a politician based on the affluent William Warbucks character created in 1924 for original comic strip Little Orphan Annie and carried through the 20th century with later appearances on stage and screen.
