MTV's Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans put up Christmas decorations this week for the first time in her new house.

Evans moved into the North Carolina home with boyfriend Nathan Griffith earlier this month and the couple wasted no time in setting up for their son, Kaiser, to enjoy his first Christmas.

On Monday Evans shared a photo of their newly decorated fireplace, complete with classic Christmas stockings and bright lights.

The decorations seem to be framed around a photograph in the middle, though it's uncertain what the picture is for. The image seems to be pretty crowded and so it is not simply a family photo. Perhaps it has something to do with an event they both attended, or is an image commemorating Griffith's army days.

Following the Twitter post, many of Evans' haters jumped to criticize the star's Christmas stockings, though none appeared to note the unusual photo centered on the mantle.

While the framed photograph appears to have some significance to Evans to have been placed where it was, the star has not elaborated on it at this time. If the photograph is something that means a lot to Evans or Griffith, then maybe its origin will be explored at some point in the new episodes of their reality series.
