Camila Cabello Talks 'Getting To Know' Austin Mahone

Following his highly publicized breakup with Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabello, Mahone embarked upon a book tour to promote his new book, Austin Mahone: Just How It Happened: My Official Story. During promotions, Mahone spoke of his dream girl.

"The three things I'm looking for in a girl would probably have to be a girl that loves to travel, a girl that can cook and a girl that is shorter than me," Mahone explained to People Magazine on Tuesday.

After a year-and-a-half of friendship, Mahone and Cabello began dating over the summer. In the months after, the new couple kept their romance private, choosing to share only a few photos with fans on their social media pages. Then, early last month, Cabello finally confirmed their months-long romance, telling host Andy Cohen she was Mahone's girlfriend during a Fifth Harmony appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.

Then, just weeks after going public, Fifth Harmony attended another appearance on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest. During the show, Cabello confirmed she and Mahone had called it quits.

"We're actually not together anymore," Cabello told Seacrest, and the rest of his team. The singer also explained their split happened "recently," and added, "Hey, things happen."
