On Tuesday talk show host Ellen DeGeneres made a shocking guest appearance on Conan leaving host Conan O'Brien and his audience stunned.

It's no secret that DeGeneres likes planning some outstanding surprises, and during O'Brien's show, DeGeneres left fans floored.
The surprise started after an audience plant interrupted the host's opening monologue by talking about the gifts she received after attending Ellen's "12 Days of Christmas Giveaway" show.

The plant jokingly said she received an iPhone 9, her own personal MRI machine, a pair of John Hams used shorts, and some other cool gifts.
O'Brien insists that the best gift he could give his audience is the gift of laughter, but unfortunately it doesn't look like that's going to cut it.
"If Ellen can give away a silver toilet filled with ancient Persian rubies, why can't you?" the woman joked, and O'Brien insisted that he wasn't giving away any gifts.
Luckily, DeGeneres showed up right on time and of course she has some great gifts for the members in the audience.
Earlier this month, DeGeneres kicked off her '12 Days of Christmas' giveaway special, and her audience members as well as her fans have received some amazing gifts.
In true Ellen fashion, DeGeneres surprised the audience with a pair of Beats Solo 2 headphones by Dr. Dre.
While the two hosts may share a few things in common, it's clear that someone may be a better gift giver than the other.
This was DeGeneres's first time being on the show in years, and it's safe to say the show went off without a hitch.
