Four months after Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross said "I do," the couple is expecting their first child together, E! News reported on Thursday.

The couple tied the knot on Aug. 31 at the Connecticut home of legendary singer Diana Ross, the groom's mother. The Supremes singer also officiated their nuptials.

Simpson's son, Bronx, 6 - whom she had with ex-husband Peter Wentz - walked her down the aisle.

The singer announced her January engagement via Twitter along with the first glimpse of her huge rock.

"My baby love and I are ENGAGED!!! Hallelujah Hawaii!!!!!" Simpson, 29, tweeted with a photo of her and Ross.

Ross also posted the photo on his account with the caption, "The love of my life said YES!!!!!!"

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay star, who began dating Simpson last July, previously boasted about his love for the star.

"It's amazing," he told Omg! Insider last November. "I'm so in love and we've got amazing things going on. And we inspire each other. So, it's cool."
