The Father of Murder (Timothy Omundson) will pay a visit to the Winchester brothers during the fourteenth episode of season 10. A demon, a guard, and an angel will also join Cain for his second appearance.

A series regular, Misha Collins (Castiel) doesn't appear in all Supernatural episodes, but the angel is slatted to appear when for the next major advancement in the mark of Cain story. Absent when Dean (Jensen Ackles) received the brand, the heavenly solider is intent of seeing it removed.

Meanwhile, Spoiler TV reports that Martin Budny will play Guard 2 and Brandyn Eddy will portray a Pitching Demon.

While the circumstances surrounding Cain's Supernatural visit are still under wraps, Omundson believes fans will definitely not want to miss the upcoming installment.

"I can guarantee you it's going to get pretty intense," he teased.

Supernatural will return on Jan. 20 with "The Hunter Games." Picking up in the wake of Dean's "The Things We Left Behind" Mark-induced murder spree, the episode will undoubtedly treat fans to another dose of dark Dean.
