Yung Berg has broken his silence in his first interview since being arrested for allegedly attacking his girlfriend and Love & Hip Hop Hollywood co-star Masika Tucker.

Yung Berg stopped by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club in New York City Friday morning and opened up about the rumored assault as well as being kicked off the hit VH1 series as a result of it.

"I can't really talk about the legal aspect of the whole situation but pretty much what happened is they lying."

He shut down speculation that the incident occurred after his credit card was declined as he and Tucker enjoyed dinner after taping the reunion special last month.

"That wasn't the case. There was no credit card issue at all. Deeper than that, Masika explained the situation where I didn't abuse her, I didn't touch her, I didn't do anything. She didn't call the police."

Still, co-host Angela Yee revealed that Tucker told the show's creator Mona Scott Young that the rapper did indeed attack her.

Yung Berg responded, "I love Mona. It is what it is."

He also revealed that his co-star Ray J still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend Teaira Mari after Yung Berg shied away from speculation that they were intimate.

"Ray J left with Teairra at the end ot eh season. He was trying to get back with Princess and he came at me reckless like 'You should've never tried to have sex my girl...She's gonna be my girl forever."
