On December 20, Vin Diesel, recalled his encounter with a fan and his touching remembrance of Paul Walker at the red carpet of the trailer release for Furious 7.

Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto in the series, posted this heart-rending bit on his Facebook page about how a child, gifted him a blue car, saying it was Walker's.

"Something special happened at the world's first red carpet event for the F7 trailer release... a kid who had traveled far, just to be there that Saturday morning, actually gave me a gift.

It was a little blue toy car... he said it was Paul's car... naturally that moved me. Then he said with a kind of profound wisdom... "He is with you Dom... keep going.""

The actor also posted a new still of his character bandaging his fists, recently.

Toretto seems to be readying for some action, to punch somebody's guts out, in his dimly-lit garage, donning his unbuttoned shirt labelled Toretto.

Director James Wan will be helming the franchise for the very first time with the seventh in the series.

Despite Paul Walker's sudden death, and the impediments it spurred, the team has pulled itself together quite beautifully -- while still reeling from the tragedy -- and helped complete the film.
