The NBC show Bad Judge was cancelled a few weeks ago, but it appears the most recent episode shows an improvement in ratings.

Will Kate Walsh Fall Into Depression Over Cancellation Of 'Bad Judge?'

Zap2It reported earlier this month that the show's rating have jumped 22 percent since October. The show has 3.8 million viewers overall since its prior telecast on November 20.

The show was cancelled weeks several weeks ago because of low ratings and criticism. According to ABA Journal, a lawyer group, Florida Association fopr Women Lawyers, offered a letter of protest after the show featured a judge's car that sported a bumper sticker reading, "If you are rich, I'm single."

The group also said the show protrayed that the judge was, "unethical, lazy, crude, hypersexualized and unfit to hold such an esteemed position of power."

The letter specifically read, "A misogynist who believes that women in power cannot control their sexuality, their bodies and their professional or personal conduct would have their views endorsed by this show."

Speculation has begun that the show may be revived after such great ratings, especially on the show's Facebook page.

"This show gets better and better. Hope the network takes another look," one user wrote.

"Still one of the best shows on tv. BAD NBC FOR AXING IT," another added.

Kate Walsh, starring actress in the show, has done her fair share of defending the series, as posted by Fashion & Style.

"At the end of the day, it's a comedy," Walsh said. "We're trying to make people laugh ... We're not doing 'Law & Order' ... Are you going to arrest me? Is that what this is about?"

The next episode of Bad Judge airs Thursday, Jan. 1 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
