With barely enough time to spend at home, busy country artists Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have decided to unload some of their Tennessee property.

This week the married singers 623-acre Nashville estate is on sale as two separate properties for $18.5 million. According to Entertainment Tonight on Sunday, a 753-acre section of the property was sold in 2013 for $20 million.

The first property includes a two story home build in 1800. With three bedrooms and two baths, there is also a barn and a guest house. The price tag for this property is at $10 million.

The second property for sale has a grander look and lower price tag, though more repairs would be required. Beachwood Hall was build just before the Civil War began and has three bedrooms, three baths, and a second floor balcony. The place is going for $8.5 million, though potential buyers would need to keep in mind the additional money that would have to go into renovating the home.

McGraw has always considered himself a family-oriented, preferring to be at home with his daughters than out on the road.

"I love playing love and playing concerts and doing the stuff that I do," he noted in an interview with the Academy of Country Music's Tempo in November. "But everything I do is driven to get me home, to get me back to where I'm comfortable and to get my back into my world with my kids going to the football games on Friday nights and picking kids up and dropping them off and going to the grocery store. Those sort of things."

McGraw and Hill will continue to live in Nashville with their three daughters, Gracie, Maggie and Audrey.
