With head judge Len Goodman having announced that he is resigning as a judge on Dancing With the Stars after season 20 this spring, there are new rumors that state Tonioli might also be leaving. Tonioli is allegedly threatening to leave if he isn't promoted to head judge after Goodman resigns, according to GLOBE Magazine via Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

These rumors state that former pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy might not only become a judge but also become the head judge.

He's convinced he is going to be the star of the show - and he doesn't care who he hurts!"
