The holidays have officially arrived in Salem, and while the spirit of the season is in full-swing throughout town, some will be forced to go against holiday traditions and keep some big secrets on Days of Our Lives.

Jordan Gets An Unexpected Shock

Abigail (Kate Mansi) and Jordan (Chrishell Stause) have been working on a huge project for the hospital, but have been lacking the funds to see their work take off. When Abigail explained the project to Jordan's brother, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), the pair's creepy step-father Clyde (James Read) overheard and offered to anonymously donate the funds since Jordan would never willingly take money from him.

Now, Clyde may have come through with his offer, but Abigail will be forced to keep where the money came from a secret from her friend and co-worker-which will raise Jordan's suspicions and make her think Abigail is keeping secrets from her about Chad (Billy Flynn).

Melanie Confronts Nicole About Daniel

While the lie could potentially dampen the holiday cheer between the friends if the truth comes out, another chilly relationship could begin to thaw. Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Daniel (Shawn Christian) will cross paths for the first time since Jennifer officially decided to end things with him for good-but the frosty reunion may actually become one of the better ones the on/off couples have had.

Realizing Daniel, his son Parker, and his recently returned daughter Melanie (Molly Burnett) may not have somewhere to spend the holidays, Jennifer will extend a friendly invitation to her former love for the family to join in on the traditional Horton family Christmas celebration. If the two can manage to mend the relationship between them, romance could bloom once more-though things would become increasingly more complicated as Daniel and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) may begin potentially seeing one another after the New Year.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
