Oscar Pistorius' Lawyer Claims 'Lost It' Report Is 'Devoid Of Any Truth'

On Dec. 10 it was ruled by Judge Thokozile Masipa that the prosecutors could appeal against her verdict of clearing murder charges against the Olympian and convicting him of culpable homicide instead as reported by BBC News.

Pistorius has been in prison serving time, but many, including Reeva's mother June believe his verdict and sentencing were unjust and too many question were left unanswered.

June Steenkamp Believes Oscar Pistorius Only Saw Her Daughter Reeva As 'A Trophy'

NBC News reported Monday that June is distraught and has spoken out about Pistorius' temper and she will forgive him "in a Christian way," but many questions remain lingering.

"There's no closure," June revealed. She further stated, "My husband and I are destroyed by this, absolutely. He's taken away the grandchild she may have given us...He's taken away her wedding, he's taken away her career ... and he's taken all that away, he's taken that away from us."

June also said she believes "there's huge pieces of the puzzle missing" from what happened last year in their home that led to Reeva dying.

"We don't know the truth yet," she said. "Oscar knows the truth. Reeva knows the truth, but she's not here anymore. Something terrible happened that night."

"I'm not really worried what happens to him… every night he's going to see Reeva's face, so he's already being punished quite a lot," June said.
