Rihanna's father may not approve of her dating singer Chris Brown, but it looks like the 'Diamonds' singer is no longer seeking her daddy's approval.

It's no secret that RiRi and her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have had an on again off again relationship for quite some time now, and it looks like the duo may be giving love a try yet again.

Last Thursday, Urban Islandz reported that a source close to the singer says that Brown is trying to get RiRi back.

Apparently the dynamic duo has been exchanging flirtatious messages back and forth via text.

The source explains that, "He has been trying but will it work this time around? I highly doubt it."

"Rihanna has moved on from all that drama Chris bring along with him, she is in a much better place now both personally and with her career. So she is not going to entertain his vibe again," another source confirmed.

Rihanna's father, who was kicked out of her First Annual Diamonds Ball, believes that Brown is a player and he also believes that his daughter has moved on from her relationship with the "Loyal" singer.

Neither RiRi nor Brown have yet to comment on these allegations, but fans are probably trying to find out if these rumors are actually true, or if they are simply false stories circulating the Internet.

What fans do know is that the beloved singer is currently preparing for her 8th studio album 'R8' and viewers can't wait to get their hands on RiRi's new music.
