Though "Dark Night Rises" star Anne Hathaway, 29, and her fiance Adam Shulman, 31, have pushed back their wedding date to 2013 -- due to her hectic schedule -- that hasn't been slowing down Hathaway's plans for the future.

"Annie wants to get everything done so they can get married and have babies," an US Weekly source confirms.

Although the friend said Hathaway is anxious to wed, she is content for right now. "Whenever they can be together is like breathing for her," the source said.

Another source said that Shulman has been understanding about putting off their marital vows. "Adam has been incredibly understanding and has been working on his own stuff too. They're inseparable now. They love being engaged!"

Hathaway and Shulman have been in a relationship since 2008 and got engaged last November.

In mid-July, the pair was spotted on a New York subway displaying major PDA.

The starlet spoke openly about her relationship in last August's issue of "Marie Claire UK": "I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan. I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!"

Last year, she gushed to People magazine about her beau. "He's the best! ... I couldn't say enough about him."
