According to a new report, the former Hills star and current star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians is happier than ever with Carter, and planning to propose to her over the upcoming holidays.

“He’s madly in love with her,” an insider told Star Magazine, according to a report by Hollywood Life on Tuesday.

Star's insider went on to claim Jenner had plans to marry in the way his step-sister did months ago. As fans of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians will recall, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West walked down the aisle in Italy in May, surrounded by a small group of friends and family.

“He wants to get married in Italy just like Kim and Kanye but at a tiny old church,” the insider claimed.

However, according to the report, Kardashian and West won't be invited.

As was revealed during an episode of the show, Kardashian chose to leave Carter off her guest list, which didn't sit well with Jenner. Weeks later, Jenner and Carter shared several photos of themselves at the wedding of Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush, who has been a friend of Jenner's for years.

In July, Jenner opened up about not being a part of the Kardashian/West nuptials.

"To be completely honest, I don't know Kanye. Like at all," Jenner said on his podcast. "I've had one conversation with him that maybe lasted 15 seconds or 20 seconds."
