Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj will sit down for a deposition in New York City on August 20 while the Brooklyn Nets star and Kim Kardashian are in the midst of divorce proceedings. Most recently, Minanaj called Kim K. a "cruel bitch" for scheduling the deposition on the one year anniversary of her high-profile wedding to Humphries, according to TMZ. 

Sinanaj informed friends she will testify that Humphries repeatedly told her he was "played" and felt that his marriage to Kardashian was a sham. She also claimed that the basketball standout "hated the cameras and his life being on display." 

The gossip site noted that Humphries' ex has been telling people her relationship with the basketball player is "dead," so she has nothing to lose by speaking the truth. Hence, she will be completely honest when answering all of the questions from the deposition, Sinanaj stated herself.

However, Sinanaj has still remained mum on how she will respond to queries on reportedly having been impregnated by Humphries, a story she first created but then later rescinded.

According to Hollywood Life, she met Humphries while working at New York City's Gansevoort Park Hotel. Humphries lived there with then wife Kardahsian while they were filming "Kourtney and Kim Take New York." The two dating for a brief period after Humphries and the reality star decided to separate. 

Humphries tied the knot with Kardashian on Aug. 20, 2011 and it was announced just 72 days later that she had filed for a divorce. On Dec. 1, 2011, Humphries requested an annulment on the grounds of fraud or a decree of legal separation instead of the divorce itself.
