Instagram sensation Jen Selter added a new photo to her page that not only shows off her famous muscles, but also a fitness product that ought to come in handy for anyone who's looking to transform.

On Monday, Selter posted the snapshot where she dons a tight black top that exposes her cleavage and stomach. She adds on a pair of small black shorts that show off her strong legs. She stands in a side shot so naturally her famous backside absorbs the eye as well.

She's putting some powder called BCAA into a jar,a product that a number of other athletes have used, according to Selter.
