Madonna has never been one to be modest, so it's not surprising that the Material Girl would celebrate the end of the European leg of her "MDNA" world tour by dancing on a pole.

The pop star, who celebrated her 54th birthday on Aug. 16, performed her last European show of the year in Nice, France, on Tuesday, and she partied the rest of the night away at a club in Monte Carlo.

Madge arrived just after midnight, sources said, and along with her came an enormous entourage of about 150 people, including family members, staff, dancers and the singer's security detail.

She was all smiles and surrounded by fellow revelers as she wore a trilby hat and her signature leather cut-off gloves.

Sources said Madonna and friends partied all night long and kept up the dance party until dawn.

The "Like A Prayer" superstar has been enjoying her time in Europe and has been spotted having fun outings with family and friends in between sell-out concerts. The day before her final show in Nice, photographers spotted Madonna, 15-year-old daughter Lourdes and Madonna's 24-year-old dancer boyfriend Brahim Zaibat taking a swim in the French Riviera.

Next up for Madonna is a string of American stops on her tour. She'll hit Philadelphia on Aug. 28 before heading to Canada and then returning to the U.S. for two New York shows in Yankee Stadium on Sept. 6 and 8.

After her last North American show - Nov. 28 in Miami - Madonna will kick off the tour's South American leg in Mexico City on Nov. 24.
