Sadly for The Walking Dead fans, their favorite show is on hiatus, but luckily fans can relay on promo photos and videos to get them through the wait.

'The Walking Dead' New Year's Eve Marathon Begins

The mid season finale of the AMC hit show left fans' jaws dropped as they said goodbye to Beth and it looks like things could be getting a lot worse for the survivors.

Since the finale, fans have been anxiously awaiting the return of the show, and also hoping to get some clues about the second half of season 5.

While no one really knows what to expect, the promo does give fans a little bit of an idea as to where Greene's head is.

Could she be blaming Daryl for Beth's untimely death? It's possible, but no one really knows what to expect. 

In the new promo sneak peek, fans see that the survivors may be living but they appear to look hopeless as they walk along an abandoned road.

The promo continues with Maggie glancing back at Daryl, but the shot is immediately cut so we don't get too much information. It looks like fans will have to wait to find out what really happens.

The Walking Dead returns to Sunday nights on Feb. 8 at 9 p.m. on AMC. This new mid season premiere is not one to be missed.
