Selena Gomez seems to have moved on from Justin Bieber and is bonding with a businessman in Dubai.

Mirror reported on Saturday that Gomez's on-again-off-again boyfriend Bieber is currently on the off. According to the site, she spent the New Year in the United Sram Emirates with some friends as she allegedly developed a close relationship with her tour guide Harith Bukhash.
Bukhash has been posting pictures to Instagram with the singer, the most recent one being from New Year's Eve where he wrote: "mazing fireworks on New Year's Eve. Had a lot of fun showing @selenagomez and her friends around Dubai. @bukhashbrothers #newyearseve #mydubai #selenagomez #bukashbrothers."
A source revealed to Mirror, "She is having the best time of her life in Dubai. She really bonded with Harith. He has helped show Selena how she really deserves to be treated, like a princess. Plus, he makes her laugh and that's all they have been doing while in Dubai, laughing and having fun!"
Bukhash, 29, is apparently the co-founder of the agency that planned Gomez's trip to Dubai. The source went as far as to say that he is helping Gomez get over Bieber: "She's been spending time with Harith Bukhash, who has been spoiling her and treating her like an absolute princess. It's like, Justin Bieber who?"
In recent social media antics, Bieber has posted several photos in recent weeks that suggest he is publicly letting her know he is still available and is seriously missing his ex.
Gomez was reportedly waiting for a grand gesture to happen before the end of the year if Bieber expected to be able to get back into her life, according to HollywoodLife.
Clearly, Bieber has missed his chance.
