Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are having a teen romance at the height of both of their careers and now, a new magazine dubbed them 'Best Couple in Pop.'

We Love Pop magazine presented their annual award to the pair, according to Hollywood Life, and most recently, Billboard magazine announced that Bieber, 18, and Gomez, 20, were voted the eighth most powerful couple.

"The We Love Pop Magazine Awards are voted for by the genuine fans of pop music, (our readers) and guess what? Adele doesn't even crack the top ten in the Best Female category. How refreshing,"  Editor Malcolm MacKenzie said. "The reader response was so massive we will definitely be making it an annual event."

Hollywood Life listed fellow award winners and Gomez also won Favorite Movie Actress. Fellow teens, One Direction, took home the award for Best Group in Pop and Jessie J was Best Solo Female in Pop.

Back in July, Gomez told Elle magazine that Bieber is a "hopeless romantic." She talked about the time he rented out the Staples Center for her so they can have a private screening of Titanic.

"I had just mentioned it in the car--all I said is that I really want to see Titanic again, and then Bieber made the grand gesture," she said.

The two have been photographed together many times, kissing and holding hands, and they have walked hand-in-hand on the red carpet. Singer Will.i.am admitted in an interview that Bieber produced and wrote a song that he said was dedicated to his girlfriend.

"He taps me on the shoulder...'Yo, I want to show you this song I produced and wrote. I'm really excited about it because it's one of the first songs I produced by myself," Will.i.am said. "He was like, 'Yeah, I wrote it for Selena. It's great.' And it was really awesome. It was, like, really, really dope.'"

Famously, the two were almost caught locking lips on video when Bieber, Gomez and their friends recorded a rendition of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe," which became a Youtube sensation.
