Tameka Raymond, the ex-wife of Usher, has lost her court case on Monday in what has been a bitter battle over the primary custody of their two sons.  The judge in the high-profile celebrity trial has sided with Usher, although she will maintain some custodial rights over the kids, according to TMZ.

The verdict puts an end to an emotional trial that has included both name-calling and several accusations, amongst other things.  Tameka had accused Usher of being an absentee dad who was too involved in his career to make a positive impact on their children.

The R & B singer countered that the mother was irresponsible and provided little or no attention.

Tameka's son Kile Glover, 11, passed away on July 8th following a horrific jet ski accident.  However, the judge still refused to postpone the court case as per Usher's initial request.

The 33-year-old felt that Tameka could possibly get sympathy treatment due to the fact that she had just lost a child.  He had also stated that the hearing would create "unnecessary stress and strain" for the both of them.

However, the gossip site states that Tameka's lawyer thinks Usher is lying and the "stress and strain" claims are indeed bogus.

During his fifteen day span of life support,"[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once" said Tameka.
