Tampa Bay Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans is off the market after officially becoming engaged to his girlfriend.

The NFL player got down on one knee right around Christmas and surprised his beau Ashli Dotson with a huge diamond ring.

Apparently Dotson recently celebrated her 21st birthday back in Dec., so this was a pretty cool birthday/ Christmas gift from her man.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that the professional football player is getting ready to tie the knot.

Evans just finished up his rookie season, and not only are things taking off in his work life, his personal life isn't looking too bad either.

According to the entertainment news site, the couple met back in 2013 while Evans was attending Texas A&M and things got pretty serious just last year when Dotson announced their relationship on her social media sites.

TMZ jeweler sources did a little digging, and they found out that ring came in a little blue box.

The source said that the huge rock is a Tiffany 'Soleste' ring which is "a cushion modified brilliant diamond encircled by a double row of bead-set diamonds."

Dotson took to Twitter and Instagram to share the exciting news, and it looks like the couple is really happy.
